Privat (89 EUR/year) suits owners with one property. Plus (199 EUR/year) offers up to 5 listings with premium placement. Makler (499 EUR/year) covers unlimited listings and premium placement — ideal for agencies.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

All subscriptions run for 12 months and do not renew automatically. You can deactivate your listing at any time before expiry — for example after a successful sale or rental. Partial refunds of the annual fee are unfortunately not available.

What sets neuruppin.immobilien apart from other portals?

neuruppin.immobilien focuses exclusively on Neuruppin and OPR district. Fair annual fees from 89 EUR instead of expensive monthly packages. We use no Google tracking (fully GDPR-compliant) and enable direct enquiries without agency intermediaries.

Is there a free trial period?
