A clear fixed price instead of a commission model: even a single listing costs a fraction of a typical agency fee. You stay in control of your listing at every step.

Frequently Asked Questions
The Rental listing (€39, 120 days) suits a one-off rental. The Landlord year (€99/year) is worthwhile for recurring rental needs throughout the year. For sales there is the Sale listing (€89, 180 days) and the Agent year (€490/year, unlimited listings with profile badge).
Annual plans run for 12 months from activation and do not renew automatically. One-off listings expire after their fixed term (120 or 180 days). You can deactivate your listing at any time before expiry — for example after a successful sale or rental. Partial refunds are unfortunately not available.
neuruppin.immobilien focuses exclusively on Neuruppin, the Ruppiner Seenland and Ostprignitz-Ruppin district. Fair one-off and annual pricing from €39. We use no Google tracking (fully GDPR-compliant) and enable direct enquiries without intermediaries.
