Right of withdrawal pursuant to §§ 312g, 355 BGB (German Civil Code)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.

Early commencement of service: If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided by the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in relation to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Special Notice for Digital Services

The neuruppin.immobilien subscription is a digital service within the meaning of §356 Abs. 4 BGB.

Pursuant to §356 Abs. 4 BGB, your right of withdrawal expires when the entrepreneur has fully provided the service and only began providing the service after the consumer:

  1. expressly consented to the entrepreneur commencing the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period (§356 Abs. 4 Satz 1 BGB), and
  2. confirmed awareness that their right of withdrawal expires upon complete performance of the contract by the entrepreneur (§356 Abs. 4 Satz 2 BGB).

This consent and acknowledgment are given during the ordering process by activating the following checkboxes:

  • Checkbox 1: "I agree that the service will be provided immediately upon receipt of payment (§356 Abs. 4 Satz 1 BGB)."
  • Checkbox 2: "I acknowledge that my right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of the service (§356 Abs. 4 Satz 2 BGB)."

Note: This provision concerns digital services pursuant to §356 Abs. 4 BGB. §356 Abs. 5 BGB (digital content/downloads) does not apply, as the subscription constitutes a service and not the provision of digital content.
