Prices depend on your subscription: Privat 89 EUR/year (1 listing), Plus 199 EUR/year (up to 5 listings), Makler 499 EUR/year (unlimited listings). All subscriptions run for 12 months without automatic renewal.
All private and agent subscriptions run for 12 months from activation. You can deactivate your listing at any time before expiry — for example after a successful sale or rental. Please do this actively so that prospective buyers and tenants do not see outdated offers.
Energy certificate data is mandatory by law for residential buildings (GEG §87). Required: certificate type (demand or consumption certificate), energy value in kWh/(m²·a), energy efficiency class (A+ to H), plus year of construction and heating type. Missing certificates can result in fines of up to 10,000 EUR.
Yes. In the portal under "My Listings" you can update all fields at any time — description, price, photos, and contact details. After editing, the listing is reviewed again by the team before becoming publicly visible again. This process typically takes a few hours.
Each property detail page has a contact form through which prospective buyers or tenants can send direct enquiries. You as the advertiser receive an email notification with their contact details and message. All incoming enquiries can be viewed in the portal under "Enquiries".

No. In Germany you can buy or sell property without an estate agent. neuruppin.immobilien enables direct contact between owner and prospective buyer. If you do use an agent, buyer and seller have shared the commission equally since 2020 (max. 3.57% each including VAT).
No. The Mietpreisbremse (rental price brake) does not apply in Neuruppin or anywhere in Ostprignitz-Ruppin district. It was introduced in Brandenburg only for specifically designated tight housing markets — Neuruppin is not among them. Landlords may therefore set rents at market rates.
To sell a house you need: a current land register extract, a valid energy certificate (mandatory under GEG §87), building plans and permits, floor plans, a condominium declaration for apartments, utility cost statements for the past 3 years, and tenancy agreements for rented properties.
